Because of the covid-19 virus ,We cannot accept any return items. if you need to return or exchange, please contact with our customer service. We will take compromise measures to refund or resend.

Our 15 days return warranty starts from the date you receive our product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately at our Support center.Warranty Process:
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your message all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
- Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 10MB) that display the problem and show the items outer packaging. For help with this, please contact our Customer Support Team.
- Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under the warranty RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.
Items under the 15 days warranty should be returned to our US warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team. We will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation.
Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
US customers will be given a prepaid shipping label. The fee for this will be deducted from the refund.
Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated on the RMA document. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
