Peach Jelly Fruit Cup
The jelly made with the peach juice that you boiled is refreshing and natural, without essence, only the purest peach flavor. A cup full of peach aroma and sweetness~ Put in your favorite fruit, the hot weather is nothing at all.
Fine granulated sugar
- 2 peaches, 5g fine sugar, 1/4 lemon. Marinated for 20 minutes
- 500g filtered water. Cook for about five minutes on low heat
- Add small pieces of red heart dragon fruit
- Keep cooking for five minutes
- 60g water +15g gelatin powder
- Stir well
- Filter out the peach juice
- Cool to warm, add the gelatin powder
- Stir and dissolve
- Refrigerate for more than 4 hours
- 5g sugar + 80g whipped cream
