How to Make Classic Mulled Wine?
A traditional drink that is very popular throughout Europe during the Christmas season. Mulled wine is the name from the United Kingdom, and the British people sometimes use the apple brewing cider to make non-alcoholic Christmas liqueurs. It is not difficult to be Mulled Wine, let's do it follow the recipe below!
Dry red wine
Make Bottom Wine:
- Put 40g white sugar in the pot
- 8 cloves
- 5 cinnamon
- 6 pieces of fresh orange slices
- Half diced apple
- Pour 300ml of sweet white wine
- Open fire for 10 minutes
- When the wine is boiling and the fragrance is emanated, adjust the fire
- Add dry red wine 300ml
- Stir well
- Heat to about 80 degrees
- Turn off the fire
- Pour into the cup
- Put an orange slice
- Add cinnamon for increasing fragrance
