Egg Cream
Egg Cream is a classic drink from Brooklyn, New York City. Although it is called Egg Cream, it has no eggs and no cream. It is an American drink made up of Chocolate Syrup, Milk, and Seltzer.
If you have a cup of Egg Cream, don't forget to taste it immediately. Like pearl milk tea, if it is not immediately tasted, the top foam will run out, not only affecting the appearance, but also letting the taste of the bubble water be lost.
Ingredients:
Iced milk
Soda water
Chocolate Cream
Procedure:
- Pour one-third of the milk;
- Pour soda into the cup;
- Squeeze into chocolate cream about 2 ounces;
- Stir well.
