Home-made Healthy Refreshing Drink

You will need....
-Fresh strawberry 300g,Berry sugar 180g,lemon juice 20g,soda water
STEP 1:Wash and dry the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
STEP 2:Add granulated sugar to the cut strawberries and mix well.
STEP 3:Cover with plastic film and place in refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
STEP 4:Static strawberries will leak water.Pour all into the pan and stir-fry over high heat.(Use a non-stick pan instead of an iron pan.)
STEP 5:Stir-fry until the strawberries are soft, then boil them slowly over medium heat. Remember to stir frequently to avoid sticking to the pan.
STEP 6:Dry to a thick state, you can turn off the fire.
STEP 7:Add lemon juice and mix well to make the taste sweet and sour and more refreshing.
STEP 8:Put the jam in a clean container and keep it sealed in the refrigerator.
STEP 9:When you want a drink, scoop a spoonful of strawberry jam and pour in soda water. Strawberry soda is ready.
